Cenagen and
Related Companies

There are four main companies involved with Cenagen:

1. Cenagen Pty Ltd: This is like the umbrella organisation. Cenagen itself does not own any property in the area.

2. Newton St Holdings Pty Ltd: This is the company that owns the old Cement Works site in Kandos.

3. Corsero Pty Ltd: This is the company that now owns the two blocks at 6 Bloodsworth Lane in Kandos which used to be owned by the Cement Works. A substantial portion of the northern-most block was cleared recently. The company also now owns the old marble quarry site on Cudgegong Road.

4. O'Sullikids Pty Ltd: This company sits in the background and has shares in each of the other three. It is the only shareholder in Corsero Pty Ltd.
